  • 350g plain flour
  • 175g sugar
  • 175g margarine or butter
  • 1 lemon, zest only
  • 1 orange, zest only
  • 2 egg yolks
  • A little cold water if necessary
  • 175g blanched almonds ground in a processor
  • 80g sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp orange blossom water (Ilma Żahar)
  • 400g icing sugar, sifted
  • 50ml water
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 225g icing sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp glycerine
  • Halved Easter eggs
  • Dragee balls
