• 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
• 4 large eggs
• 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2 cups Plain flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 3 cups raw finely grated carrots
• 1/3 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts or both)
