• 1 1/2 tbsp squeezed lime
• 1/2 chili fruit, or some chili flakes to taste
• 1/2 tsp flake salt
• 300 white cabbage
• 1 dlc crème fraiche
• 1/2 dl mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon squeezed lemon
• Salt and black pepper
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 3 teaspoons sriracha sauce
• 600 g cod
• Butter, for frying
