Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 4-5 chicken breast tenders
- 2½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ packed cups of fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- Olive oil, for brushing
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb penne pasta (or desired pasta)
- ¼ cup pine nuts or walnuts (I used a mixture of both)
- 1 tbsp salt
- Sea salt
- pepper
- Spices, for chicken
