• 4 x 3.5oz packs of Regal Wood Roasted Salmon
• 1.5oz butter
• 4 tablespoons plain flour
• 550mls milk
• 250mls cream
• 1 lemon, Zest
• 3.5oz of cheddar, mild
• 1oz of parmesan cheese, finely grated
• 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
• 2 cups peas, frozen, defrosted
• 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
• 17oz of rigatoni pasta
• 2 large slices of sourdough, crusts removed
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 garlic cloves, minced
