Baked Spaghetti with Regal Hot Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

• 2 x 3.5oz packs of Regal Beech Wood Hot Smoked Salmon
• 1 onion
• 1 teaspoon of garlic
• 1 lemon
• 1/5 cup of olive oil
• 1 packet of pasta, of your choice
• 1 glass of white wine
• 300ml crème fraiche
• half a handful of fresh parsley
• parmesan cheese, for topping
• salt and pepper, to taste
