Ingredients
- 250g M&S frozen Bramley apple slices
- 115g M&S Remarksable Value unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 100g light brown soft sugar
- 100ml M&S Collection organic Zambian honey
- 1 M&S large free-range egg, at room temperature, lightly beaten
- 225g plain flour, sifted
- 1½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 100g M&S Collection caramelised fruit and nut granola|
- <strong>For the salted honey buttercream:</strong>
- 125g M&S Remarksable salted butter
- 200g icing sugar
- 3 tbsp M&S Collection organic Zambian honey
- To decorate:
- A handful or two of M&S Collection caramelised fruit and nut granola
