• 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tbsp distilled white vinegar
• 900g cream cheese, softened
• 450g butter, softened
• 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 8 cups sifted icing sugar
• Fresh pomegranate seeds to garnish
