Steak Tacos / My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• ½ kg steak rump or topside cut into cubes
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• ½ teaspoon ginger
• 1 teaspoon red chilli paste
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 tablespoon cape herb and spices brand taco spice
• 1 tablespoon bbq spice ( I used gorima )
• 1 teaspoon dhana powder
• 1 tso jeera powder
• ¼ teaspoon haldi
• salt to taste ( note the bbq and taco spice is salty )
• ½ freshly squeezed lemon
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 2 medui tomatoes pureed ( optional )
