- 1 tablespoon(s) ginger, finely minced
- 1 - scallion, finely chopped
- 1/4 pound(s) ground pork
- 2 tablespoon(s) sherry
- 1 tablespoon(s) light soy sauce
- 1 cup(s) chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
- 2 - scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 2-4 cup(s) oil for deep-frying and stir-frying
