• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
• 2 tablespoons fresh Thai basil* leaves, chiffonade
• 1/2 cup Spicy Dressing, recipe follows
• 1 cup bean sprouts
• 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chiffonade
