Baked pork belly and ribs — Svitlana Klymovska
Pork belly is a part that contains fat with meat layers, and skin on top. In Ukraine we often bake pork belly in the oven or in a wood oven for Easter.
Ingredients
- 1 kg pork belly
- 2 kg pork ribs
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1 sprig of sage
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
