Ingredients

• 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 3/4 cup mozzarella, shredded
• 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup milk
• 4 tsp Sweet + Zesty Onion Mix
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, roughly chopped
• 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
• 1/4 cup gruyere cheese, shredded (or substitute mozzarella)
• tortilla chips, crackers, and/or sliced baguette for serving
