- 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple vinegar
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) white wine vinegar
- 65 g (1/2 cup) maple sugar
- 4 g (1 tsp) onion powder
- 4 g (1 tsp) garlic powder
- 1 g (1/2 tsp) cinnamon
- 6 g (1 tsp) Dijon mustard
- 3 g (1/2 tsp) salt
