• 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 2 teaspoons Fustini's Grilling Rub
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Jalapeno Lime balsamic
• 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) fire-roasted diced tomatoes
• 1 can (8 ounces) of unsweetened pineapple chunks
• 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
• 1-2 tablespoons Farmstyle Sriracha
• Hot cooked rice
• Fresh cilantro leaves, optional
