- 3⁄4 cup of sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon of apricot jam
- 150 g cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 generous tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- ⅓ cup of milk
- 200 ml fresh cream
- 100 g butter
- 150 grams of sugar
- ⅓ cup of hot water (90ml)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
