Easy Cake that is Vegan- with a Non-Vegan Salted Caramel Ganache - Petites Choses

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups plain flour
• ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
• 1 cup Demerara sugar (or white)
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp white vinegar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ⅓ cup coconut oil (or any mildly flavored oil of your choice)
• 1 cup water or coffee, at room temp
• 1 cup dark chocolate
• ½ cup dulce de leche, use ready made (Bonne Maman) or make your own
• Warm whipping cream can be added to create a softer spread (optional)
