Ingredients

• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 350 g good quality pork sausages, sausage meat squeezed from casings and roughly broken up
• 300 g fettuccine pasta
• 250 g kale leaves, tough stems discarded and leaves roughly chopped
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 30 ml white wine
• 120 ml chicken stock
• 30 g Parmesan, plus extra to serve
• 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
• Salt and black pepper
