- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

- 2 tsp ground mixed spice
- 50g ground almonds
- ½ tsp sea salt flakes
- zest of 1 lemon
- zest of 1 orange
- 125g sultanas
- 30g flaked almonds
