• 8 oz (227 g) of softened neufchatel cheese
• 3 tbsp of chopped onion
• 2 tbsp of dry sherry
• 2 tbsp of diet mayonnaise
• 2 tsp of lemon juice
• 0.25 tsp of hot sauce
• 0.13 tsp of ground nutmeg
• 1 dash of paprika
