Cevapcici or cevapi are tasty sausages made from seasoned minced lamb and beef. Delicious with a fresh salad and pita bread.

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 4 tablespoons beef stock
- Tabasco to taste
- Salt
