Hearty stew with lamb knuckles in a rich rosemary sauce with potatoes and green beans.
Ingredients
- 600g Lamb knuckles
- 60 grams Wheat Flour
- 2 tsp (10ml) ground cumin
- 2 tsp (10ml) paprika
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) oil
- 1 Onion
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) fresh rosemary
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) MAGGI Lazenby Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 ½ Cups (750ml) lamb or beef stock
- 300g Baby potatoes
- 400g Mixed baby vegetables
- Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) MAGGI Chilli Garlic Sauce
