Ingredients

• 2/3 mix of green salad (arugula, lettuce, cabbage)
• 1/2 carrot (in strips)
• 10 cherry tomatoes
• 1 tbsp. pistachios
• 150 gr. TYRAS mix grill cheese
• 1/2 avocado (thinly sliced)
• 1 spring onion (thinly sliced)
• 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
• 1 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Lemon zest from ½ of a lemon
• Salt
• Pepper
