Ingredients

• 3/4 tsp Spice Islands Pure Almond Extract
• OR 1 tsp Spice Islands Pure Vanilla Extract
• Shortcakes:
• 2-1/3 cup packaged all-purpose biscuit mix
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 tbsp butter OR margarine, melted
• 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
• 1/2 tsp Spice Islands Pure Vanilla Extract
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp Spice Islands Ground Saigon Cinnamon
• Berry Sauce:
• 4 cup fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp Spice Islands Pure Vanilla Extract
