Boursin & salmon tartare stuffed cucumbers - Trois fois par jour

Ingredients

• 2 lebanese cucumbers, sliced in halves, length-wise and emptied
• 1/4 cup a Boursin Bouquet of Basil & Chive cheese , crumbled
• 1 30g salmon filet, diced
• 3 tablespoons of sour cream
• ½ a lemon’s zest
• 1 tablespoon of capers, chopped
• 1 teaspoon of readymade horseradish
• 1 teaspoon of frest chives, chopped
• Fleur de sel & Cracked pepper, as preferred
