• 1 reinette apple
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 4 dl of coconut milk
• 0.5 dl of olive oil
• 50 g of grated coconut
• 10 g of fresh ginger
• 2 tablespoons of curry powder
• 1 vegetable bouillon cube
• Coriander q.s.
• Salt and pepper q.b.
