Ingredients

• 1 10 oz. package chopped spinach, thawed
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
• 2 T. lemon juice
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1/2 cup long grain rice
