Ingredients

• 6 pickled eggs
• 2 tbsp celery salt
• 2 tbsp flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
• 600g Cumberland sausages
• bowl of seasoned flour, for dusting
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 50g Japanese panko breadcrumbs
• 80g (2 packets) of Tyrrells mature cheese & chive crisps, crushed
• Vegetable oil, for frying
