Mediterranean-ish Grilled Beef Skewers - Dizzy Pig Craft Seasonings
These grilled beef skewers are simply marinated in our Mediterranean-ish Italian seasoning, and cooked on a hot grill until lightly charred.

- 2 Tbsp Mediterranean-ish Italian seasoning
- 1/2 red onion, julienned
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut in to 1” squares
- 1 green bell pepper, cut in to 1” squares
