• 1 tsp tumeric
• 1 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• 1 white onion
• 1 red pepper
• 3 spring onions
• 400g beef mince
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 cloves of garlic (crushed/grated)
• 1 scotch bonnet chilli or red chilli
• 1 tbsp spice mix (2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp tumeric, 1/2 tsp thyme)
• 1 beef stock pot
• 150ml boiling water
• 150g grated mature cheddar
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp jerk bbq sauce
