• 225 g (1/2 lb) of ground beef 
• 60 mL (1/4 cup) of water
• 30 mL (2 tbsp) of taco seasoning 
• 60 mL (1/4 cup) of store-bought salsa
• 60 mL (1/4 cup) of halved cherry tomatoes
• 60 mL (1/4 cup) of cooked corn kernels
• 125 mL (1/2 cup) of Saputo Mozzarellissima cheese, grated 
• 60 mL (1/4 cup) of sour cream 
• 15 mL (1 tbsp) of freshly squeezed lime juice 
• 1 green onion, minced
