Surf & turf seafood skewers – Fishermen's Co-op

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp roughly chopped garlic (about 6-8 cloves)
• ¼ cup parsley leaves
• ¼ cup basil leaves
• Juice of 1/2 small lemon
• ⅓ cup olive oil
• 1 tsp sea salt
• ½ tsp cracked black pepper
• 1 kg Marinara mix from the Fish Co-op
• 200 g Prosciutto, from any deli, thinly sliced
• Olive oil, for cooking
