Easy Muffin Tin Chicken Pot Pies

Ingredients

• 1 tbs olive oil
• 1 brown/yellow onion (finely chopped (Thermomixers: peeled, quartered))
• 2 garlic cloves (minced (Thermomixers: peeled, whole))
• 1 celery stick (finely chopped (Thermomixers: roughly chopped))
• 1 carrot (finely chopped (Thermomixers: roughly chopped))
• 400 g chicken breast (diced small)
• 1 tbs cornflour/corn starch
• 1/2 cup chicken stock
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp salt (for family over 12 months)
• 1/4 cup cream
• 1/4 cup frozen peas
• 3 sheets frozen puff pastry
• 1 egg
