Muffin Tin Chicken Pot Pies recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 500g chicken fillets (cubed)
• 1 onion (sliced)
• 1 bay leaf (optional)
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon ground garlic
• 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder (coriander cumin)
• ½ cup frozen mixed veg (rinsed)
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons flour
• ¾ cup water
• 2 tablespoons Knorr vegetable soup
• ¼ cup cream
• 1 tablespoon chopped thyme
• Flour (for rolling out the dough)
• 1 beaten
