Ingredients

• 400gm lamb fillet
• 1/4 kent (or other) pumkin, peeled and cubed
• 1 block of feta cheese (from the deli), cubed
• 1/2 cup pine nuts, pan roasted
• 2 cups of baby spinach leaves
• cous cous for 4 people (refer to box for instructions)
• Butter (for cous cous - again, refer to box for exact measurements)
• 2 Tbs olive oil
• 1 Tbs masterfoods morrocan seasoning
• Salt and pepper to taste
