Gingerbread Martinis Recipe

Ingredients

• GINGERBREAD SYRUP:
• 3 tablespoons molasses
• 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• MARTINI:
• Caramel sauce
• 1/4 crushed gingerbread cookies
• Ice cubes
• 2 ounces heavy whipping cream
• 1 ounce coffee liqueur
• 1 ounce vodka
• 1/2 ounce Irish cream liqueur
• Optional: Gingerbread men cookies, whipped cream and ground cinnamon
