White Bean, Kale and Garlic Soup | The Source Bulk Foods

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp sumac
• 1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
• 1 small chilli chopped finely (optional for some added heat!)
• 1 can organic white butter beans
• 1 large bunch of kale chopped roughly
• 1 small head of broccoli broken into florets
• 2 cups of water
• 1 can organic chopped tomatoes
• 1 Tbsp of organic tamari
• Salt and pepper to season
• Chopped basil leaves and parsley to serve
