• 1 small yellow onion, diced
• 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 - 28oz can whole peeled tomatoes
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp Amoretti® Capsicum Extra Hot Pepper Extract W.S.
• 2 tsp Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar Light
• 5 slices fresh mozzarella
• 1 medium tomato, sliced
• 6-8 fresh basil leaves
