Peppered Steak with Tomato and Rocket Salad

Ingredients

• 600 gram piece middle-cut beef eye fillet, trimmed
• 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
• 2 teaspoon cracked black pepper tomato and rocket salad
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 250 gram baby plum tomatoes, halved
• 100 gram yellow grape tomatoes, halved
• 3 kumatoes, sliced thinly (see tip)
• 60 gram baby rocket
