- ¼ level t cayenne pepper

- 2 T lemon juice
- 4 anchovies (mashed)
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 6 cornichons
- 2 heaped T capers
- 2 heaped T parsley
- Neutral oil for frying
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 75 G matzo meal
- Oil for frying
