Ingredients

• 1 pack of Ślązerki from Morliny
• 1 pack of smoked bacon from Morliny (optional)
• 1 kg of small new potatoes
• 1 fresh cucumber
• 1 red onion
• Half bunch of chopped parsley
• 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
• 6 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of strong mustard
• 1 teaspoon of liquid honey
• Salt, pepper
