Morliny-styled lecsó – Morliny

Ingredients

• Half a pack of chicken breast sausages from Morliny (1 long sausage)
• 1 onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• A sprig of fresh thyme
• A handful of button mushrooms
• 1 courgette
• 1 small eggplant
• Half a yellow pepper
• Half a red pepper
• Half a green pepper
• 1 can of tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
• 1 bay leaf
• 3 pcs of allspice
• 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs
• 1 cup of broth
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Frying oil
