Morliny bigos – Morliny

Ingredients

• A pack of Silesian sausage from Morliny (about 0.5 kg / 1.1 lb)
• 1 kg (2.2 lb) of sauerkraut
• 2 onions
• 2 bay leaves
• 4 pcs of allspice
• A handful of dried mushrooms
• 1 sour apple
• 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon of marjoram
• Salt and pepper to taste
