Ingredients
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ten oz can sweetened condensed milk, (300 ml)
- 2¼ cups digestive biscuit crumbs or graham cracker crumbs, pulse biscuits in food processor
- 3 tbsp sugar
