• all ingredients should be at room temperature
• ¾ cup strawberries (stems removed and cut in half)
• 1 cup ricotta
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup unsalted butter (+ 3 tbsp)
• 1 ⅛ cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1 tsp lemon juice
