• 100g butter

• 800g premade mince pie filling
• 200g dark brown sugar
• 200ml double cream
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• Zest of 1 orange
• ½ tsp fine sea salt
• 50g toasted walnuts
