• 1 1/2 c pecans (finely chopped)
• 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 sticks unsalted butter
• 2 1/2 c all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 c cane sugar
• 1 tbsp molasses
• 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
• 3 tbsp bourbon
• 2 large eggs
• 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chunks
