Ingredients
- 500 g strong white bread flour
- 7 g fast-action dried yeast
- 2 tsp caster (superfine) sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 x quarter tsp ground turmeric
- 225 ml whole milk (you may need a little more), plus 1 tbsp to glaze
- 150 g pumpkin purée
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg, to glaze
- 6 –7 walnut halves, cut in half
