Perfect Chicken Stock - Mother Linda's

Ingredients

• The carcass of one roasted chicken
• Raw necks, backs, gizzards and other innards
• 2-3 chicken feet
• Water to cover all chicken parts, plus 2 finger’s width
• 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
• 2 medium onions, peeled and quartered
• 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
• Leafy tops of 2 celery ribs
