Cheesy Chicken and Spinach Stuffed Shells – Turbo Trusser

Ingredients

• 1 ½ - 2 cups pasta sauce (bottled or homemade)
• 30 jumbo shells
• 9 x 13 baking dish
• shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese for topping
• 2-3 Tbsp Olive oil
• 4 cups spinch (lightly packed)
• 1 small onion
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
• ½ cup mozzarella, shredded or diced
• 15 oz ricotta
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 Tbsp basil
• 1 ½ cups shredded or diced roasted chicken
• salt and pepper to taste
